Supplemental Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment
You can purchase additional Life and AD&D insurance for yourself and your dependents, with premiums deducted from your paycheck. Enrollment as an employee is required to cover your spouse or children.
A new employee is guaranteed coverage up to $150,000 (if under age 70) without medical approval. If you enroll in at least $10,000 when first eligible, you can increase coverage by two increments each year up to the guarantee limit. Not enrolling when first eligible will require medical underwriting for future coverage.
